We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at a Level 2 Residential Group Home serving girls ages 17 and under. Staff will provide supervision, structure, and supportive services in a therapeutic environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.
Currently Seeking candidates for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
Supervision & Safety
Provide direct supervision to residents at all times
Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Implement behavior support plans and crisis interventions as trained
Complete incident reports when required
Daily Living Support
Assist residents with hygiene routines and daily living skills
Prepare and serve meals according to schedule
Support homework completion and educational activities
Teach age-appropriate life skills and responsibility
Documentation
Complete daily shift notes and required documentation
Record behaviors, progress, and incidents accurately and timely
Follow Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)
Transportation
Transport residents to school, therapy, medical appointments, and activities as needed
Team Collaboration
Attend staff meetings and required trainings
Communicate effectively with supervisors and treatment team members
The Certified Peer Support Specialist provides recovery-focused support to adult Medicaid members (18+) with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Using lived experience, this role helps individuals build coping skills, set personal goals, and connect to community resources while promoting independence and overall wellness. The CPSS works collaboratively with the care team and ensures all services are properly documented in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.
